Siren Fleet adopt PADI Recreational Rebreather courses using Poseidon MKVI

From early in 2012, Worldwide Dive and Sail will be offering our guests the opportunity to participate in the latest training courses from PADI – the “Rebreather Diver” and “Advanced Rebreather Diver”. Each of our six yachts will be supplied with the Poseidon MKVI units.
This latest innovation from Poseidon boasts of being the world’s first fully-automated & fully closed-rebreather and with the PADI training model, will be suitable for recreational diving.
Our six yachts will have the Poseidon MKVI units on board and they will be available both for the PADI courses and for rental to certified rebreather divers, which will ensure all of our guests have the opportunity for and benefits of a bubble-free dive in each of our diving locations across South East Asia.
On staff PADI course Director, Thomas Erbe, will be travelling between Thailand, the Maldives, the Philippines and Indonesia to introduce the “Rebreather Revolution” and train all of our Cruise Directors to instructor level.
