Project Aware Doxa Sub Watch Supports Marine Conservation

Swiss watch brand Doxa, famous for its divers timepieces, has introduced a limited production new model whose sale will support a number of marine conservation initiatives undertaken by Project Aware.

The Project Aware Doxa Sub Watch measures 42.70mm in diameter (excluding the winding crown), is 14.60mm in height, and features a thick sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown and caseback. Water resistance is 1000 meters, a level suited for the arduous demands of professional divers.

Both the luminous hands, and the finely linked stainless steel bracelet evoke the historic design of a Doxa dive watch from 1967. A distinctive yet tasteful insignia on the dial silently testifies to the relationship between Doxa and Project Aware.

The Doxa Sub Limited Edition Project Aware watch will be produced in an edition of 92 pieces. Among the the varied conservation projects the sale of each watch will support includes the cleanup of marine sites, coral reef conservation and data related to such projects, education programs for children, and environmental training for divers.

The suggested retail price is $2,390.00
